We specialize in weddings, engagements and proposal ceremonies – some of life’s most important moments. As event planners we offer an intangible, yet priceless service. We are always in the background and forever running two steps ahead of the event, anticipating and setting the stage. We are masters of relationships and seek out trustworthy and high-value vendors in our communities who offer a variety of goods and services at varying price points. Successful events are carried out by trusted planners who can think on their feet and have a sense of what the client would want – at Beyond the Proposal we are confident that you will find we possess these skills and so much more.
We always start with getting to know you and your vision for the event. We want an intimate sense of who you are, so on your special day we have intuitively know how you like things done to complement our plans and timelines. Next, we determine budget – this sets the tone and helps guide decision making. Then we figure out what you want to manage and what areas you feel you need direction and support with. We offer five packages with varying degrees of support and services – we want you to feel comfortable with the services you are paying for and never to pay for something you don’t need. From there, you can add selections from our A la Carte menu so your package is uniquely yours.
