  • Creation of a design board to help you streamline your ideas and achieve a cohesive vision for every aspect of your wedding day

  • 2 additional in-person planning meetings (up to 1.5 hours each) - This is our in-person time together to plan, to visit vendors with you or on your behalf - whatever helps make the planning process easier for you

  • Detailed budget, with maintenance throughout the planning process (We will create a preliminary budget based on your needs and update it as vendors are booked and adjust spending categories as necessary)

  • Sourcing of up to 3 vendors that best reflect your style and budget (We will send you a list of potential vendors to choose from and then complete the booking process, all confirmations, and scheduling directly with the vendor)

  • Partial ceremony set up (please inquire for more details)

  • Transportation of personal decor or small items from the ceremony location to the reception venue. Placement of these items as required for the reception

  • Assistance with seating chart management (Room layout, number of guests per table, etc)

  • Partial reception set up (please inquire for more details)

  • Candy bar/sweet table set up and maintenance

  • Supervision of ceremony and/or reception set up (Up to 3 hours). This applies to situations where you will provide your own decor and have recruited and instructed outside help (usually family or friends) to set up this decor for you. We will be there to assist and manage this set up

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination: provide recommendations for venues, help with menu & service details, and décor assistance as necessary

  • Coordination services on your wedding day for a maximum of 10 consecutive hours
