“Let me start by saying that I was not a decisive bride. I had something of a vision in my head, but I certainly couldn’t be bothered by the details. I thought that wedding planners were just a waste of money- surely I could do this by myself! I just assumed that everything would ‘come together’ but as time progressed, life got busy and those details started to come back to haunt me. Enter, Christy!

This girl is, perhaps, the most type-A person I have ever met in my entire life. I aspire to have even a single iota of the organizational skills that she possesses, and I kneel at her throne of good ideas. There were so many times where I told her my haphazard plans regarding a specific aspect of the wedding, and she either gently informed me that it wasn’t the best idea (I was originally planning not to have a DJ- HA!) or just straight up ran with it and made it happen in a way that was better than I ever could have imagined. She is excellent at communication, as I could send her a text about anything and she’d reply back like lightning. She also is a brilliant problem solver; my hairstylist cancelled on me two weeks before the wedding, I texted Christy, and within a day we had an affordable replacement that fit my aesthetic perfectly. The amount of money she saved us by pulling favours, having relationships with vendors, and just having the biggest wealth of wedding knowledge paid for her services twofold.

I think my favourite thing about Christy, however, is that she genuinely loves her job and NEVER makes you feel like you are annoying her with a barrage of questions or mini bridal freak-outs. I am not entirely convinced that she does not have telekinetic abilities, as she seemed to just ‘see’ my vision without me being able to express it. She knows exactly what she is doing, and allows you to sit back and enjoy your wedding day as everything is just… taken care of. I would have hired her for the sense of ease she instilled in me alone.

I’ve told pretty much everybody that she is the absolute best money I’ve spent on this wedding, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to ANYONE who wants someone who goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding day is absolutely perfect.”
