“Christy’s calming demeanor and attention to detail won me over during our initial phone consultation. My husband and I planned our intimate, Canadian Rockies destination wedding on a short timeline (and sight unseen). Christy came into the picture about two months out when I realized I needed to delegate to a professional to accomplish my project plan.

Leading up to the wedding, Christy served as an indispensable sounding board and intermediary with things like floral design and set-up; timeline review and modification; ceremony planning and execution (including a weather contingency plan); bridal hair, make-up and accessories; and guest welcome baskets. Beyond the Proposal exceeded our expectations with incredibly thoughtful, delicious and detail-oriented welcome bags for our guests traveling from both coasts of the United States. Guests were raving and thanking us all weekend and the well-equipped bags lasted them just as long.

Christy’s packages make it easy to tailor her services to your needs, not the other way around. While the internet (i.e. google and Instagram) certainly helps, planning even a small Canadian destination wedding is no small feat. Because we had an onsite and all-inclusive reception, I thought I could do without an additional wedding coordinator investment for our off site ceremony. So. Very. Wrong. Christy anticipated and seamlessly resolved a multitude of issues leading up to and throughout the agreed upon time on the big day. Christy not only bridged my knowledge gap but elevated my wedding. If I could do it all over again, I would hire Christy for additional services and time, the whole time, even with an onsite and all-inclusive reception. Yes, she's that good.

I can only relinquish control to professionals I trust. Thanks to Christy I enjoyed my vacation in the Canadian Rockies leading up to – yes, that’s right – leading up to the wedding. We hiked into a backcountry lodge the weekend before the wedding, no electricity, no service, just off the grid bliss. I love nature and enjoying my time in the Rockies was a huge part of my vision for our Rocky Mountain wedding. Thank you Christy, for giving me the boost I needed to accomplish that vision.”
